Individual indemnity and release form
I understand and acknowledge the following:
Participation: I am voluntarily entering the Bathhouse facilities at Kin Kin Spring Bathhouses. I understand that participation in activities, including but not limited to using the Bathhouses and the buggy ride to and from, carries inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, burns, and drowning.
Health and Safety: I confirm that I am in good health and capable of safely participating in all activities at the Bathhouses. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect my ability to safely engage in any activities, including any known allergies or conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease, epilepsy, or respiratory issues.
Indemnity: In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and participate in activities at the bathhouse, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kin Kin Spring Bathhouses, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including legal costs, arising from my use of the facilities or participation in activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Liability: I understand that Kin Kin Spring Bathhouses shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property, whether resulting from my negligence or the negligence of others. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my belongings and personal items while on the premises.
Consent to Emergency Treatment: In case of emergency, I consent to the provision of necessary medical treatment, including first aid or emergency services.
Photography/video choice: Promotional photography and video permission is optional and separate from this indemnity. The booker may choose whether to consent for themselves during checkout. Declining does not affect a booking. Permission from one person does not grant permission for another identifiable guest.
Governing Law: This indemnity form is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood the contents of this indemnity form and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
Terms & conditions
- All guests are required to agree to our indemnity form. The booker accepts for themselves and must provide this form to every other guest. Each other guest must accept it before participating; the booker does not accept on their behalf.
- Children under 12yo are not allowed.
- Dogs are not allowed – leave your pooch at home. Owner's dog in photos is for model purposes only.
- Booking policy: Bookings available up to 24 hrs prior.
- Cancellation policy: No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your booking. If you need to cancel, phone: 0456 970 319.
- Due to the location, unfortunately we are not disabled or wheelchair-friendly.
- While alcohol is allowed, this is NOT a party location.
